Small group getaways with real work in them

We design intimate trips for leadership teams, employees, clients, or a mix, anywhere in the world. Small groups, a clear purpose, and time together that actually leads somewhere.

  • Small groups, real decisions

Not a mass tour. Built for leadership teams, founder groups, or a curated client mix who need honest conversation, not just scenery.

  • Destination and format

We shape the trip around your group and what you need from the time away. Landscape, pace, and setting chosen to match the work, not the brochure.

  • Facilitation and logistics

Sessions on what is actually at stake in the room, plus transfers, pacing, and contingencies handled quietly so the group can stay present.

What working together looks like

Most retreats look great in photos and change nothing on Monday. We start with fit, shape the trip around your real work, then help the group land what changed when they get home.

  1. 01

    Fit call

Who should travel together, what the trip needs to produce, and whether this format is right. We will tell you straight if it is not.

  2. 02

    Shape the itinerary

Daily rhythm, field time, group sessions, and practical requirements agreed before anyone books flights.

  3. 03

    After the trip

Help the group name what changed and what happens next back at work, so the time away was worth it.

Before you book

Straight answers to the questions that usually come up on a first call.

Do you book flights and hotels?

We handle retreat logistics and can advise on travel. Exact scope is agreed in planning.

Is this just a sightseeing holiday with a workshop bolted on?

No. The trip is designed around your actual work: what needs to be decided, reset, or named together. Scenery helps, but it is not the point on its own.

How do we know if our group is right?

Tell us the decision or change you are facing. If a group trip is not the right fit, we will say so.
